Week six STUBC: Emoji story- A day in Jacks life

๐Ÿœ๐Ÿ™€๐Ÿšตย ๐Ÿšบ๐ŸŽณ๐Ÿšณ๐ŸŽด๐ŸŽฎ๐Ÿ†๐Ÿš“

Once upon a time, in a bedroom somewhere in a loud city, I woke up with a shock looking up to a giant ant sitting in the corner of the room. I made this face I have never made before while scrambling out of the room.

I grabbed a bike that was leaning against a guard rail and rode my way onto the street. Another ant appeared in front of me so I rode into a toilet block not knowing it was a female toilet. Some girls started screaming at me so i ran out next door into a bowling ally where I hid in the foyer. Once I thought the coast was clear, I ran outside and hopped onto my bike again where i found that riding bikes was prohibited.ย  So I chucked the bike into a window and ran until some playing cards started falling down the screen. This video game is so fun.

I took off my headphones and put down my controller as the game level was completed. I had just unlocked my 7th trophy. I had spent for ever on this level and I only now had just completed it. There was no time to lose so I grabbed my controller and click on the next level. And there I was, in a new city, with a police car in front of me.

Thanks for reading!!

  1. This story is good. I really enjoyed the twist that it was a video game. I also enjoyed how you used the emoji’s in the story.

  2. Good morning Jordan. My name is Collin. I am from the USA. Where are you from? I really liked your blog post. It sounded like you had a lot of adrenaline running through your body in the story. It was very well written. You could add a title. You could also add a few more emojis. I was wondering if this was a true or made up story? You should come and check out my blog posts. My blog URL is 2025cjc.edublogs.org.

    1. Thanks for your comment Collin! i live in Australia, and i had a lot of fun writing this story. I used a random emoji generator which i then used as like prompts for my story, and no this is completely made up ๐Ÿ™‚ i will check out your page as soon as i can!

  3. Hi Jordan,

I loved your story. I laughed when the person accidentally biked into the womanโ€™s washroom. Believe it or not, I have actually seen it happen before.

What inspired you to write this story? I thought it was a very creative idea.

    Yours, Ally

  5. Hi Jordan, this was a really creative story, you did a great job at taking seemingly random emojis and making a story based around them. I especially liked the twist where its all set in a video game! Was it hard to come up with them story? Feel free to check out my blog: http://www.blog44.ca/gracel/
